Managing Tasks
Create, edit, organize, and recover tasks. Everything you need to stay on top of your to-do list.
Creating tasks
Use the task form at the top of any view. Enter a title (required), optional description, priority (None, Low, Medium, High), and due date (Today, Tomorrow, or a custom date via the calendar picker). Press Enter or click Add to save. Press n to quickly focus the task input.
Editing and deleting tasks
Click the edit icon on a task (or press e when it's selected) to edit the title, description, priority, and due date. Use the delete button to remove a task. Deleted tasks go to the Deleted view and can be recovered within 7 days.
Priorities and due dates
Set a priority to visually highlight important tasks. Change the due date from the task card using the date dropdown — choose Today, Tomorrow, or pick any future date from the calendar. You can also use the Move to menu to quickly move a task between Today, Tomorrow, and Backlog.
Urgent flag
Mark a task as urgent for extra emphasis. The urgent flag appears on the task card and helps you spot time-sensitive items at a glance.
Bulk actions
Select multiple tasks using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action bar to mark all done, delete all, delete overdue, or move all to Today or Tomorrow. Bulk actions are especially useful in the Backlog view to schedule many tasks at once.
Drag-and-drop reordering
Drag tasks up or down to reorder them. The order is saved automatically. You can also use Shift+J and Shift+K to move the selected task down or up.
Task recovery
Accidentally deleted a task? Go to the Deleted view (sidebar) to see soft-deleted tasks. Click Recover to restore a task. Tasks are permanently deleted after 7 days.
