Add TaskSpot to Your Home Screen
Add TaskSpot to your phone's home screen for quick access. It opens like an app and works great on mobile.
iOS (iPhone & iPad)
Use Safari to add TaskSpot to your home screen. Other browsers (Chrome, Firefox) on iOS use Safari under the hood and may not offer this option.
- Open Safari and go to taskspot.app/app (sign in first if needed).
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Edit the name if you like (e.g. "TaskSpot"), then tap Add.
The TaskSpot icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open TaskSpot in a full-screen, app-like view without the Safari address bar.
If you don't see "Add to Home Screen", scroll to the bottom of the Share menu and tap Edit Actions to add it.
Android
Use Chrome to add TaskSpot to your home screen.
- Open Chrome and go to taskspot.app/app (sign in first if needed).
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
- Confirm the name and tap Add or Install.
The TaskSpot icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open TaskSpot in an app-like window.
Some Android devices show "Install app" instead of "Add to Home screen" — both do the same thing.
Why add to home screen?
Adding TaskSpot to your home screen gives you one-tap access, a full-screen experience without browser chrome, and a familiar app icon alongside your other apps.
